## Weather

San Pedro is partly cloudy this morning at 49 degrees Fahrenheit with 93% humidity. Light wind from the east at 3 miles per hour. After yesterday's rain, it's cleared up nicely.

## System Status

Great news — all systems survived last night's Sequoia update. OpenClaw, Voice PWA, the shopping bot, and Caddy all came back up automatically. The reboot-proofing worked perfectly.

## Last Night's Work

We got Moshi MLX installed and the model downloaded, but the initialization kept getting killed by macOS during the kernel compilation phase. That's still pending debugging when you have console time. The moshi.chat demo confirmed the experience is responsive but the 7B model isn't particularly intelligent — something to consider for architecture decisions.

## This Week

It's a holiday today — Presidents' Day. Ivy's daycare may be closed, worth double-checking.

## Priorities

The main open items from our session:

- Moshi local debugging (when at console)

- Replicate exploration for on-demand GPU models

- PersonaPlex evaluation continues
